🏛️ نبذة عن القصر

يُعد قصر رأس التين من أقدم وأهم القصور الرئاسية في مصر، وقد أمر بإنشائه محمد علي باشا عام 1834 ليكون المقر الصيفي لحكام أسرة محمد علي.

وشهد القصر العديد من الأحداث التاريخية المهمة، أبرزها مغادرة الملك فاروق مصر من القصر على متن اليخت الملكي المحروسة عام 1952، ليظل القصر حتى اليوم شاهدًا على مرحلة مهمة من تاريخ مصر الحديث.

🏛️ About the Palace

Ras El-Tin Palace is one of the oldest and most important presidential palaces in Egypt. It was commissioned by Muhammad Ali Pasha in 1834 to serve as the summer residence of the rulers of the Muhammad Ali Dynasty.

The palace witnessed many important historical events, most notably King Farouk’s departure from Egypt from the palace aboard the royal yacht Al-Mahrousa in 1952. Today, the palace remains a significant witness to an important period of modern Egyptian history.
